      Hello Dr. Battle! Thanks for stopping by. Our permission is only for the writings. We found that picture on the Internet through Google images. Hope this helps…all the best. Recently we saw on television that if a picture is used specifically for a profitable venture without the owner’s permission; they can sue…an win.
