But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 1 Corinthians 11: 28

This verse refers to one examining oneself before taking communion. Communion is a very serious action of faith; yet a lot of people treat it like a tradition. That’s “religion” full of tradition; but communion is far more serious than that. A lot of times, when people cannot get an answer to their prayer; they blame the devil, but what if it isn’t him. What if he’s standing off to the side with his hands up? You need an answer for your prayers so let’s look at some stuff.

1. UNFORGIVENESS Is there any one or any thing that you need to forgive? You’ve got to forgive…

To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 2 Corinthians 2: 10-11

2. OBEDIENCE

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

31And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

3. HATE

He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him;

8. TOUCHING GOD’S ANOINTED
